Announcement & Notice for Cedega Gaming Service Memberships

CEDEGA ANNOUNCEMENT

TransGaming is pleased to announce the continued development of Cedega Technology under the GameTree Developer Program. Although the current Cedega Gaming Service will be retired, Cedega as a technology for the Linux gaming community will continue to be available as an active and invested toolset within the GameTree Developer Program. The current Cedega Gaming Service will be available for active Members until February 28, 2011, after which time a free GameTree Dev ID will be required to gain access to the Cedega powered Linux desktop technology through the GameTree Developer Program. RECURRING PAYMENTS INFORMATION

With the upcoming close of the Cedega Gaming Service and subsequent release of the Cedega technology through the GameTree Developer Program, TransGaming will be cancelling 6 and 12-month subscription package renewals. In the coming weeks, Cedega Gaming Service subscribers may therefore receive email notices from WorldPay, the financial subscription provider, regarding their FuturePay subscriptions. These emails are simply part of the renewal cancellation process, and do not require any action. Please note, all active Memberships will maintain access using their Cedega ID and password through February 28, 2011 as stated above.

NOTICE FOR CEDEGA GAMING SERVICE MEMBERSHIPS

For Cedega Gaming Service Members who currently have an active 6 or 12-month recurring Membership, please contact us at accounts@cedega.com by January 15, 2011 and we will provide you with a refund for any remaining time beyond January 31, 2011. Only those subscribers who contact us before the deadline will receive a refund. Due to changes to the WorldPay service, we will be unable to give refunds after the deadline. After February 28, your current Cedega ID/password will be retired and a GameTree Dev ID will be required (via the free GameTree Developer Program) in order to access updated builds.
